Iguazu Falls - one of the seven wonders of the world!! I went there for a weekend by myself! I was at Puerto Iguazu from Friday afternoon till Sunday afternoon. It was an 18 hour bus ride there and back, but sooo worth it!
This was the bus I took on the way there. They are all about the same model.

Sunrise on the bus!

DAY ONE! I did the upper circuit and devils throat trails.

All the paths were kinda like this.

This is a Coati. They were all over the place, and super cute!

There were lots of Butterflies!

Sooo Pretty! Views from the Upper circuit.

I took a complementary train to the "Devils throat". Once I got off the train, there was a nice little walk to the actual falls.

Views from the Devils throat!

Keep in mind, this is during a drought.

There's my bestest travel buddy!

There's a Coati, digging through the trash! He's smart though, he picked the organic trashcan.

A walking stick!

I don't remember what these guys were called, but they are huge rodents!

Theres another one. And a Coati in the background.

Coatis! They were everywhere!

At this point it was about noon on my second day at the park, and I had already seen all of the falls. I went to the visitors center and read all of their displays, then asked someone if there were any good nature trails I can take that I hadn't already done. She recommended Sendero Macuco, which was a 7KM trial (there and back), that was supposed to be good for wildlife.
Notice the beware of snakes sign in the top right corner. They also handed me a pamphlet about what to do if you are attacked by a puma or jaguar...haha. Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous about that.

At the end of the hike there was a little waterfall.

This is a Giant Ant. I read about them in the visitors center...aparently they live alone. As you can see compared to my hand, they are HUGE for an ant.

This is the hostel I stayed in...it was really nice for really cheap! Too bad it wasn't summer...I would have liked making use of that pool!

This is what a lot of Puerto Iguazu looked like...it kinda reminded me of Caribbean countries.

The bus ride back was so pretty!

It was such a great trip!
